One Wrist Guard. Pending Ratification.
Marguerite has skated with the Harbour Line Furies for nine seasons and has requested, in writing, permission to remove a single wrist guard for the duration of one team photograph. The request went to the Safety & Equipment Subcommittee in March. The Subcommittee determined it lacked standing and referred it to the Insurance Liaison, who referred it back. A joint sitting is provisionally scheduled once the league secures a venue with two rooms. Marguerite continues to attend every meeting in full protective kit, including helmet, and has taken up the bench tambourine to pass the time. Your donation funds the paperwork.
